LED Subassembly Success Story

Schiller successfully implement the first LED headlight assembly line for a large manufacturer for vehicle lighting systems. In this project, Schiller is responsible for the entire realization of the assembly line including the implementation of all process steps. These include the entire production process from part feeding over screwing, soldering, assembly, labeling including all necessary quality inspections such as Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and End of Line-Tests (EOL).
